How the numbers are calculated
The estimate is simple maths on your own numbers, with nothing hidden. Here is the shape of it, and every assumption we make.
The four steps
- Outputs a week. Your routines, times how often each one runs.
- Work handed over. Those outputs, times the minutes each one would take you.
- Hours back. The work handed over, less the part that has to be redone and less your own review time.
- Net value. Those hours at your hourly cost, less the AI cost and the plan.
See every formula
A year is 48 working weeks.
What we assume
- Proven means 70%, fully trusted means 90%. An agent counts as proven once 70% of its work is approved first try, over 25 reviews in 30 days. The 90% is our assumption for an agent you rarely correct, not a measured result.
- Edits save half. Correcting a draft takes half the time of doing the work from blank.
- One in five of the rest is redone. Of the work not approved first try, one in five goes back to blank and saves nothing.
- Review is never free. Nothing goes out without your approval, so your reading time is counted against the savings.
