What do we have to install?

Only the engine itself. There is no database to set up and no service to sign into for the product to run.

Does adding seats cost more?

No. Every workspace runs unlimited seats and unlimited routines. Only the number of workspaces and where they run change the price.

Can we start with a service and run it ourselves later?

Yes. It is the same engine in all three, so your org chart, your routines and your records move with you.

How soon can we be running?

The Office installs with your leadership seats already on the org chart, so your first approval can be waiting the same day. The work that is specific to you is built with you after that.
