Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Manelink collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We have kept it short because we collect very little.
Welcome
Manelink Inc. ("Manelink", "we", "us") makes the Office, where AI agents take seats on your org chart and wait for your approval before anything goes out. This policy covers manelink.com: the pages you read, the forms you send and the emails you write to us.
It does not cover the Office itself. When you run the Office on your own computer, your company's data stays on that computer and is not sent to us. If you use a hosted version of the Office, the agreement for that service explains how it handles your data.
1. What we collect and why
We collect personal data in three ways: when you send us a form, when you email us, and when your browser asks our server for a page.

We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or anything sensitive. Please do not send them to us in a form or an email.
2. What we do not do
- No tracking. The site runs no analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
- No selling. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
- Tools stay in your browser. The readiness check and the calculator work out their answers on your own device. Your answers are not sent to us. The readiness check keeps them in the page address, so if you share that link, the answers go with it.
3. Who we share it with
A few service providers handle data for us, only to do the job described here.

We may also disclose personal data when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the company, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
4. Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use similar tracking technologies. If you send a form with JavaScript turned off, your browser opens FormSubmit's own page, and its privacy policy applies there. Our Cookie Policy has the details.
5. How long we keep it
We keep messages and form replies for as long as we need them to answer you and to follow up on the conversation, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Server visit logs are kept for a short period for security and then removed. If you subscribe to research by email, we keep your address until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
- have it corrected if it is wrong
- have it deleted
- withdraw your consent, for example to research emails, at any time
- object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it
- complain to the privacy or data protection authority where you live
To use any of these, email privacy@manelink.com. We will answer within 30 days. To stop research emails, reply to any of them and say so.
7. Security and transfers
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to our inbox and server is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as we can.
Our server and some of our providers are in the United States, so your data may be stored or processed outside the country where you live. We use providers that protect it to the standards set out in this policy.
8. Children
This website is for businesses and is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
9. Changes to this policy
When we change how the site handles personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
