These terms apply when you use manelink.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Welcome
Manelink Inc. ("Manelink", "we", "us") runs this website to explain the Office, publish research and let you get in touch. These terms cover the website only: reading its pages, using its tools and sending us messages.
They do not cover the Office or our services. Using the Office, or buying a plan or setup work from us, is governed by the agreement you accept for it. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
1. Using the site
You may use the site for any lawful purpose. Please do not:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the server it runs on
- send spam, malware or anything unlawful through our forms or email links
- copy the site in bulk with automated tools in a way that strains it, or use it to train or build a competing product
- pretend to be Manelink, or suggest we endorse you when we do not
We may block access for anyone who does.
2. Our content
The text, images, designs, logos and code on this site belong to Manelink or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read and share our pages, link to them, and quote short passages with a credit to Manelink and a link to the source.
Anything else, such as republishing whole articles or using our name and logo, needs our written permission first. Logos and descriptions on the Press page may be used as that page describes. Works by others that our research cites belong to their owners.
3. Estimates and tools
The readiness check and the calculator give estimates from the assumptions they show you. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a quote, an offer or a promise of results. Your actual hours, costs and outcomes depend on your business and how you use the Office.
4. Information, not advice
Our research, wiki, glossary and other pages are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and you should not rely on them as such. We cite our sources and date our articles, but facts and figures about AI change quickly, so check anything important before you act on it.
5. What you send us
When you send us a form or an email, you confirm that the information is yours to share and is accurate. We handle it as our Privacy Policy describes.
If you send us ideas or feedback about Manelink, we may use them to improve what we make, without any obligation to you. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential through the website.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as the sources our research cites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and policies apply.
7. No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be online, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose.
8. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Manelink is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may change the site, or these terms, at any time. When we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
