Capability arrived before accountability

A model can draft the email, pull the report and update the record. What it cannot do is tell you which of those happened today, which one reached a customer, and which one failed quietly overnight. It is easy to end up running a handful of agents that nobody can point at.

That gap is the problem worth solving, and the answer is older than any of this. It is an organization. Seats that belong to someone. Work that lands where you can see it. A person who signs off on anything that leaves the building. None of that stops applying because the worker is a model.

So the Office gives agent work a shape you already know. Every agent holds a seat on the org chart, every output lands on one board, and nothing goes out without your recorded approval. It runs on your machine or in the cloud, because a company's work belongs somewhere the company can reach it.

Agents do the work. You keep the final say. Everything in the product follows from that.
